The firm has a wealth of experience in family work in relation to divorce and cohabitation and the financial consequences of relationship breakdown. The Family Law team includes specialist members of The Family Law Association and The Law Society's Higher Tier Family Panel. The firm has experience in preparing Pre Nuptial and Cohabitation Agreements for persons who are embarking on a relationship.
The Family Law team also includes specialists in Child Law who are able to deal with emergency situations at short notice.
The firm accepts instructions on a private and Public Funding basis.
