COVID-19: measures for UK businesses
COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Announcement – 3rd November 2020
We are open for business as usual and are accepting new instructions.
As we enter another national lockdown it remains business as usual here at Parfitt Cresswell.
It’s Business As Usual
Having carefully and diligently followed official guidance and advice issued by the UK Government and Public Health England throughout the ongoing pandemic, we have implemented procedures and processes to ensure the safety of all our colleagues and clients. Throughout this lockdown we will continue to offer a full range of legal services to both existing and new clients.
We will continue to operate in a way that minimises face to face contact unless a face to face meeting is essential and has previously been agreed by appointment or should prove necessary as a legal requirement. Measures have been put in place to ensure that appropriate social distancing and hygiene measures are adhered to and will be followed at all times.
Remote Communication – No Need to Visit Our Offices
As has been the case throughout the pandemic, with many of our team working from home, we will also continue to offer online communications with clients through telephone and video conference call facilities along with email and post. This method of communication has proved very popular with our clients and allows for matters to proceed during these challenging times.
If you are an existing client and have any questions or wish to enquire about becoming a client and are in need of legal assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us on 0800 999 4437 and a member of our team will be more than happy to assist you.
We look forward to helping you with your legal needs.
What about making a Will?
At Parfitt Cresswell you need not visit our offices to make your Will – we can speak to you about alternative arrangements that can be made.
With our video and telephone conference facilities you don’t even have to leave the comfort of your own home. Of course, we generally prefer to meet with our clients when preparing their Will, however, should you not wish to attend during these difficult and uncertain times, or simply don’t have the ability to video call, don’t worry, this should not prevent you from making or updating your Will. Please get in touch and we can discuss the way forward with you.
